Since Carole has opened her salon 3 years ago I have come every week, however Carole has been my beautician of choice for the last 6 years. Carole always has new things to try and experience. My skin has definitely felt the benefits. Being a busy professional working long and stressful hours my weekly visits to Carole has become my way of starting the weekend, always leaving me relaxed and feeling great. For me Carole has definitely become a lifesaver.

I am Minnie’s carer, as she has an intellectual disability. Minne has been coming to Carole for 4 years. She tells me she is very happy with Carole. She asks me at least weekly “when do I go to Carole again…?”. Minnie has confidence and trust in Carole and how she has looked after her.

My own observations would include how thoughtfully Carole speaks to Minnie and shows gentleness and interest in her welfare. When I was unable to bring Minnie for her appointment due to my health, Carole under took “Home Visits” to ensure Minnes needs were met.
